Thanks for looking to book with us. By placing your booking with us you agree to our bookings & cancellations policy

All bookings are for a 2 hour sitting unless further time has been agreed with a member of the management team​.

You will receive an email confirmation of your booking - please keep this safe and check all junk/spam folders

Deposit

To secure your booking we will charge £10.00 per person deposit at the time of booking - This will come off the balance on the day and be deducted from your bill

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel or amend your booking please do so via the link you will find in the confirmation email, alternatively please email us at hello@caneandrye.co.uk

Do no not call us as we are not always able to answer the phone, especially during busy periods.

​

Please only cancel using the email provided - Messages to social media pages are not always monitored and checked

 

 We require 48hrs notice for cancellation of tables or dropping of numbers to your group

​

Failure to cancel your booking or amend any changes, including dropping of numbers to your party size to your booking within the specified time frame will result in the venue keeping the full deposit.
